What's the lead time for my Sunshower?
We don’t think you should have to wait weeks and weeks to receive your Sunshower. So we aim to keep all our models in stock and to dispatch all orders received within one business day of your order being placed. Please allow 7 -10 days for shipping.
Occasionally, some of our products are not in stock. In that rare instance, please allow 3 weeks lead time plus 7 – 10 days shipping.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery status. Please check your junk email if you have not received the link and please reach out to our team on hello@sunshower.co if you would like us to re-send your link.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! We currently ship to New Zealand, USA and Canada. Contact us at hello@sunshower.co if you would like to ship to another country.
